James Paine Brewery Ltd, John Bull Brewery, Market Square , St.Neots , Cambridgeshire .

Founded 1831 when James Paine acquired the brewery site.

Registered as Paine & Co. Ltd. July 1896.

Acquired by a group of travel agents 1982 and renamed as above.

Acquired by Tollemache Breweries Ltd. 1987 and ceased brewing.
