Established 1990 by Roger Quinn and Chris Butler to brew lager in a converted flour mill dating from 1901.

Closed 1994 and moved to Portsmouth.

Established late 1990 by Roger Quinn and Chris Butler to brew lager in a converted flour mill dating from 1901. They used an 8-barrel plant from German supplier Jacob Carl. The building also had a bar and a nightclub.
