Brewing commenced by Gary and Diane Oldershaw in 1997 at 12 Harrowby Hall Estate, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG31 9HB.
Kathy and Tim Britton took over in the summer of 2010 and moved to Barkston Heath in 2012.
Full-time brewing ceased in 2020, but some brewing will continue under the badge Zest Brewery.
