Northampton Brewery Co. Ltd, Phoenix Brewery, 116 Bridge Street , Northampton , Northamptonshire .

Brewery built 1856 for Thomas Phillips, later owner of the Dock Brewery, Newport, Gwent.

Registered February 1887.

Merged with Phipps & Co. Ltd. 1957. 420 tied houses.

Brewery closed 1973 and demolished.

Carlsberg-Tetley Brewery built on the site.
