Northampton Brewery Co. Ltd, Phoenix Brewery, 116 Bridge Street, Northampton, Northamptonshire.

Brewery built 1856 for Thomas Phillips, later owner of the Dock Brewery, Newport, Gwent.

Registered February 1887.

Merged with Phipps & Co. Ltd. 1957. 420 tied houses.

Brewery closed 1973 and demolished.

Carlsberg-Tetley Brewery built on the site.
