Brewery built 1856 for Thomas Phillips, later owner of the Dock Brewery, Newport, Gwent, (see [[Phillips & Sons Ltd]]). Registered in February 1887. Merged with [[Phipps & Co. Ltd]]. 1957. with 420 tied houses. Brewery ceased May 1974 and was demolished.

* [[Eady & Dulley Ltd]], Market Harborough. Acquired in 1929 with 42 houses. Brewery demolished that year.
* [[Phillips Stamford Brewery Ltd]]. Acquired in 1952 with 70 public houses and brewing ceased.


A new [[Carlsberg-Tetley]] brewery was built on the site.
Merged with [[Phipps & Co. Ltd]] in 1957 with 420 tied houses. Brewing ceased in May 1974 and the brewery was demolished. A new [[Carlsberg-Tetley]] brewery was built on the site.

Merged with Phipps & Co. Ltd in 1957 with 420 tied houses. Brewing ceased in May 1974 and the brewery was demolished. A new Carlsberg-Tetley brewery was built on the site.
