* [[Allen & Burnett]], Lion Brewery, Northampton. Acquired 1890 and the brewery demolished.
* [[Percy Hall, St Giles Brewery]], Oxford. Acquired 1898 with 4 public houses.
* W J [[East & Co. Ltd]], Milton Malsor. Acquired 1904 with about 8 houses.
* [[Eady & Dulley Ltd]], Market Harborough. Acquired in 1929 with 42 houses. Brewery demolished that year.
* [[Phillips Stamford Brewery Ltd]]. Acquired in 1952 with 70 public houses and brewing ceased.


[[Carlsberg-Tetley]] Brewery built on the site.
Merged with [[Phipps & Co. Ltd]] in 1957 with 420 tied houses. Brewing ceased in May 1974 and the brewery was demolished. A new [[Carlsberg-Tetley]] brewery was built on the site.

Northampton Brewery Co. Ltd, Phoenix Brewery, 116 Bridge Street, Northampton, Northamptonshire.

Brewery built 1856 for Thomas Phillips, later owner of the Dock Brewery, Newport, Gwent, (see Phillips & Sons Ltd). Registered in February 1887.

They acquired the following brewery companies:

Merged with Phipps & Co. Ltd in 1957 with 420 tied houses. Brewing ceased in May 1974 and the brewery was demolished. A new Carlsberg-Tetley brewery was built on the site.
