Founded by Richard Lewis in 1861.

Registered as above in September 1894 to acquire R.Lewis, Clutton, and John Thatcher, Radford Brewery, Timsbury.

Dissolved October 1897 but brewing may have continued until January 1914 when 7 public houses were sold.

Acquired by Sidney Fussell & Sons Ltd.
