Newmarket Breweries & White Hart Hotel Co. Ltd, Newmarket, Suffolk.

Registered June 1896 to acquire Benjamin Chennell, White Hart Brewery and Charles F.Moody, King's Head Brewery.

However, the floatation was under-subscribed. Acquired by Greene King & Sons Ltd. 1896 who re-sold the King's Head Brewery to Harriet Moody's long term manager, C W B Bosworth, who promptly put the plant up for sale.
