Registered October 1893 as the Victoria Brewery Co. Ltd with 30 houses. New brewery built at same time.

Acquired by Allsopp & Sons Ltd, Burton-on-Trent in 1898 and re-registered as New Victoria Brewery Co. Ltd. Brewing ceased 1948.
