Registered June 1896 to acquire the North Surrey Brewery and the Phoenix Brewery, Dorset Road, Lambeth.
Wound up March 1905. A new company of the same name was registered in July 1907, Worthington & Co. Ltd. holding the majority of the shares. Wound up voluntarily December 1927 and some of their public houses were sold to the Wenlock Brewery Co. Ltd.
