Originally at the Wellington Brewery, Openshaw and acquired the Albert Brewery, Moss Side from the trustees of William Brookes in 1894.
Registered as John Henry Lees Ltd November 1897.
Receiver appointed 23rd January 1913 and was dissolved on 14th December 1917
New company registered as above January 1920 to acquire the business of J H Davies carried on as the Moss Side Brewery Co.
Voluntary liquidation 15th March 1930 and was succeeded by the Red Tower Lager Brewery Ltd. See Royal Moss Side Brewery Co. Ltd.
