No finings are used in brewing.
Established by Arthur Frampton in Ashcott, Somerset in 1996. A 5-barrel plant from Total Brewing (Worcester). In 2003, they merged with [[Juwards Brewery]] of Somerset.


The brewery in Days Road has a shop and tap on site.
They moved to central Bristol in 2014, and the new brewery features a shop, tap room and tours. No finings are used in brewing.
