Mayhem's Brewery, Farmers Arms, Ledbury Road, Apperley, Gloucestershire.
Pub owner John Maycock added a 2.5 barrel brewery at the pub in 1992. Brewing ceased by 1996 when the premises were acquired by Wadworth's of Devizes.
Under Wadworth's ownership, brewing restarted 1997 but ceased again in 2001.
