Registered 11th February 1901. Originally registered 4th April 1879 as Favill & Co. Ltd to acquire the business of Robert Favill. Traded as Favill & Taylor from 1868-1881. The name was changed as above on 28th April 1881.

Acquired by Hole & Co. Ltd. 1926, with 33 tied houses, for £57,000. Buildings exist, currently occupied by Travis Perkins with plaque on red brick offices dated 1884.
