Registered July 1895.

Acquired by Mann, Crossman & Paulin Ltd. 1929 with 43 public houses for £285,000.


Henry Luker & Co. Ltd, Eastwood Road, Rochford, Essex.

Branch of the Southend brewing company 1882-1906.

Closed 1917 due to wartime restrictions.

Demolished 1922.
