  • Three Horseshoes, School Road, Brimpton. Bought by Arkells in 1991.
  • Bantam, Omers Rise, Burghfield Common, Reading. Built in 1962; bought by Arkells in 2000.
  • Olde Red Lion, Green Lane, Chieveley. Bought by Arkells in 1992.
  • Fox & Hounds, Oxford Road, Donnington
  • Down Gate, Park Street, 13 Down View, Hungerford. Formerly the Royal Exchange (Usher's). Bought by Arkells in 1994.
  • George Hotel, High Street, Lambourn
  • Cross Keys, 8 London Road, Newbury. Bought by Arkells in 1996.
  • Coopers Arms, 39 Bartholomew Street, Newbury
  • Woodpecker, Andover Road, Wash Water, Newbury. Originally the Derby Arms.
  • Lord Lyon, Ermin Street, Stockcross. Bought by Arkells in 1989.
  • Winkfield, 11 Lovell Road, Winkfield. A former 'Slug & Lettuce', to Arkells in the 2000s.
  • Duke Of Edinburgh, Wood End, Woodside
  • Rising Sun, Bath Road, Woolhampton. To Arkells in the 2000s.

Gloucestershire

  • Hereford Arms, 48 Winchcombe Street, Cheltenham. Closed in 2003 and converted to a restaurant.
  • Pickled Duke, 40 Swindon Road, Cheltenham. Arkells bought the pub in 1999. Closed.
  • Bottle of Sauce, 7 Ambrose Street, Cheltenham. Originally the Railway Hotel.
  • Cat & Fiddle, 63 Whaddon Road, Waddon Estate, Cheltenham. Arkells bought the pub in 1999. Closed.
  • Exmouth Arms, 167 Bath Road, Cheltenham
  • Adam And Eve, 8 Townsend Street, Cheltenham. Arkells bought the pub in 1991.
  • Brewers Arms, 70 Cricklade Street, Cirencester. Built in 1869.
  • Golden Cross, Blackjack Street, Cirencester. 18c former coaching inn.
  • Plume Of Feathers, Watermoor Road, Cirencester
  • Talbot, 14 Victoria Road, Cirencester. Arkells bought the pub in 1877.
  • Victoria, Eastleach Turville. It became an inn in 1856; bought by Arkells in 1976.
  • Highwayman, Beech Pike, Elkstone. A former coaching inn.
  • Eight Bells, London Road, Fairford East End
  • Bull Hotel, Market Place, Fairford. A former coaching inn, parts 15th century. Bought by Arkells in 1973.
  • Plough Inn, London Street, Fairford
  • Hare & Hounds, The Stump, Foss Cross
  • India House, 227 Barton Street, Barton, Gloucester. Bought by Arkells in 1991. Demolished 2012 and redeveloped as a supermarket.
  • Sir Colin Campbell (later Inn On The Docks), 24 Llanthony Road, Gloucester Docks. It became a day nursery in about 2012.
  • Whitesmiths Arms, 81 Southgate Street, Gloucester Docks. Acquired by Arkells in 1991.
  • Tavern Inn, Station Road, Kemble. It became a pub in 1946 and was bought by Arkells in 1951.
  • Thames Head Inn, Tetbury Road, Kemble
  • George Inn, High Street, Kempsford. Arkells' third tied house, purchased 1861. Kempsford is the Arkell family's home village.
  • Red Lion Hotel, High Street, Lechlade. Parts 17c. Sold off as a restaurant.
  • Riverside, Park End Wharf, Lechlade
  • Royal Oak, Oak Street, Lechlade. Built in 1921. Closed and developed for housing.
  • Masons Arms, High Street, Meysey Hampton
  • White Hart Hotel, Market Square, Stow-On-The-Wold
  • Plough Inn, Gloucester Road, Stratton. Acquired by Arkells in 1991.
  • White Horse, Sandhurst Lane, Waltham. Formerly the Globe. Purchased by Arkells in 1997.

Hampshire

  • Carpenters Arms, Harts Lane, Burghclere
  • White Hart Hotel, Newbury Street, Whitchurch. Acquired by Arkells in 2003.

Oxfordshire

  • Rose & Crown Hotel, 3 High Street, Ashbury. Bought by Arkells from Charringtons in 1994. A former coaching inn and brewpub: see Rose & Crown Hotel (Ashbury).
  • Kings Arms Hotel, 18 West Street, Chipping Norton. Acquired by Arkells in 2005.
  • Talbot, Oxford Road, Eynsham. Bought by Arkells in 1997.
  • Original Swan, 188 Oxford Road, Cowley, Oxford. Bought by Arkells in 1997.
  • Rickety Press, 67 Cranham Street, Jericho, Oxford. Formerly Radcliffe Arms; reopened by Arkells with a new name in 2011.
  • Friar, 2 Old Marston Road, New Marston, Oxford. Bought by Arkells in 1996.
  • Rusty Bicycle (Eagle Tavern), 28 Magdelen Road, St Clements, Oxford, Reopened by Arkells in 1999.
  • Victoria Tavern, Station Road, Shrivenham. Built in 1840.
  • Bear Hotel, Market Place, Wantage. Formerly Usher's. Acquired by Arkells in 2006.
  • Punch Bowl, Oxford Road, Woodstock. Acquired by Arkells in 2004, as their 103rd tied house.
  • White Horse, Off B4507, Woolstone. Acquired by Arkells in 2005.

Wiltshire

  • Bakers Arms, Off A346, Badbury. Originally the village bakery. Arkells bought it in 1906.
  • Plough, Marlborough Road, Badbury. A pub since about 1773.
  • Royal Oak, Cue's Lane, Bishopstone (Swindon). Acquired by Arkells in 1951.
  • Crown, High Street, Broad Hinton
  • Lansdowne Strand Hotel, Strand, Calne. Formerly Catherine Wheel Hotel. Bought by Arkells ca.2007.
  • Old Bear, High Street, Cricklade. A pub since the 17th century, formerly the Saracens Head.
  • White Hart Hotel, High Street, Cricklade. Bought by Arkells in 1973.
  • Volunteer, Seagry Road, Great Somerford
  • Butchers Arms, Greatfield. Opened as a beerhouse in 1866.
  • Jolly Tar, Queens Road, Hannington. Arkells acquired the pub in 1922.
  • Fox, Swindon Street, Highworth. A pub since 1840 and an Arkell's pub since 1862.
  • Plough, Lechlade Road, Highworth. Formerly William Pound & Co's Star Brewery. To Arkells in 1896. Arkell's smallest pub.
  • Saracens Head Hotel, Market Place, Highworth. Bought by Arkells in 1883.
  • Duke Hotel, Church Road, Hilmarton. Built in 1843, formerly a brewpub. See: George Hobbs (Hilmarton). Bought by Arkells in 1923.

  • Village Inn, Ham Road, Bell Lane, Liddington. Built in 1875 and bought by Arkells in 1994.
  • Bear Hotel, 1 High Street, Marlborough. A former coaching inn, rebuilt in 1889. Arkells since 1987.
  • Bell Inn, B4553, Purton Stoke. Arkells bought the freehold in 1926.
  • Angel, High Street, Purton. Dates from 1704. Arkells bought it in 1884.
  • Carpenters Arms, Old Vicarage Lane, South Marston. Early 19th century.
  • Crown Hotel, 73 Ermin Street, Stratton St Margaret. Rebuild in 1832 of an older inn. Bought by Arkells in 1868.
  • New Inn, Swindon Road, Stratton St Margaret. Previously owned by the nearby Star Brewery, it was sold to Arkells in 1884.
  • Rat Trap, Highworth Road, Stratton St Margaret. Originally the Plough, acquired by Arkells in 1899.
  • Wheatsheaf, Ermin Street, Stratton St Margaret. An old inn, bought by Arkells in 1869.
  • White Hart, Oxford Road, Stratton St Margaret. Arkells bought the old inn in 1878 and rebuilt it in 1938.
  • Freke Arms, B4019, Swanborough. Built in 1832 and acquired by Arkells in 1892. Named after a local landed family.
  • Apartment, 16 Havelock Square, Swindon Centre
  • Bakers Arms, 16 Emlyn Square, Swindon Centre. Originally owned by the Great Western Railway, Arkells acquired in 1880.
  • County Ground Hotel, 115 County Road, Swindon Centre. Built 1897.
  • Flag, 31 Bridge Street, Swindon Centre. Formerly Lamb & Flag.
  • GW (Great Western Inn), Station Road, Swindon Centre. Built by Arkells in 1869.
  • Sun, Marlborough Road, Coate, Swindon. Rebuild in 1937 of an earlier inn.
  • Duke Of Edinburgh, Cricklade Road, Gorse Hill, Swindon. Built by Arkells in 1878.
  • Swiss Chalet, Chapel Street, Gorse Hill, Swindon. Built 1964 as the Carpenters Arms, renamed in 1988.
  • Kingsdown Inn, Kingsdown Road, Kingsdown, Swindon. The Brewery Tap, rebuilt in 1861.
  • Clifton Inn, Clifton Street, Kingshill, Swindon. Arkells built the pub in 1878.
  • Running Horse, Wootton Bassett Road, Kingshill, Swindon. Rebuild in 1899 of an earlier inn.
  • Wild Deer, 62 Westcott Place, Kingshill, Swindon. A canal pub built in 1847 and bought by Arkells in 1873. Closed.
  • Liden Arms, Barrington Close, Liden, Swindon. Opened by Arkells in 1980.
  • Boundary House, 1 The Street, Moredon, Swindon. Built 1877. The Red Lion until 1990.
  • Duke Of Wellington, 27 Eastcott Hill, Swindon Old Town. Opened 1869.
  • Kings Arms Hotel, 20 Wood Street, Swindon Old Town. Built 1830s. Bought by Arkells in 1885.
  • Longs Bar, 86 Victoria Road, Swindon Old Town. Previously the Belle Vue. It was a small brewpub owned by Philip Cockbill; sold to Arkells in 1874, when the brewery was closed.
  • Plough, 26 Devizes Road, Swindon Old Town. Converted from a cottage by Arkells in 1867.
  • Dolphin Hotel, Rodbourne Road, Rodbourne, Swindon. Built 1872.
  • Manor, Cheney Manor Road, Rodbourne, Swindon. Originally the Steam Train, built by Arkells in 1959.
  • Southbrook, Southbrook Street, Rodbourne, Swindon. Acquired by Arkells in 2015.
  • Jovial Monk, Highdown Way, St Andrews Ridge, Swindon. Opened by Arkells in November 2000 to serve St Andrews Ridge estate.
  • Tawny Owl, Taw Hill Estate, Taw Hill, Swindon. Opened by Arkells in November 2003 to serve the Taw Hill estate.
  • Bakers Arms, 121 Beechcroft Road, Upper Stratton, Swindon. Formerly a buthcery and bakery, Arkells bought the pub in 1896.
  • Moonrakers, Cricklade Road, Upper Stratton, Swindon. Built as the Crossways Club in 1931.
  • Black Horse, Callas Hill, Upper Wanborough. Opened as a beerhouse in 1862, acquired by Arkells in 1891.
  • Brewers Arms, High Street, Wanborough. A former beerhouse and shop, bought by Arkells in 1873.
  • Woodshaw Inn, Garraways, Woodshaw, Wootton Bassett. Built by Arkells in 1985.
  • Borough Arms, High Street, Wootton Bassett. Parts 17th century.
  • Curriers Arms, High Street, Wootton Bassett. Was for a short time owned by Howard Horsell's Beaufort Brewery. Acquired by Arkells in 1951.
  • Sally Pussey, Swindon Road, Wootton Bassett. Arkells bought the pub in 1906. Formerly the Wheatsheaf, renamed after a 19c landlady.
  • Fox & Hounds, Markham Road, Wroughton. Rebuild in the 1860s of an earlier beerhouse. Bought by Arkells in 1879.
  • Three Tuns, High Street, Devizes Road, Wroughton. Bought by Arkells in 1883.
