Registered July 1869. Voluntary liquidation, then a new company in January 1890 when acquired by the Trent Valley Brewery Co.

Acquired by Samuel Allsopp & Sons Ltd in 1930 with 182 public houses and brewing ceased with beers supplied from Burton.

Continued to run as a pubco until 1935. Offices remain.
