Registered July 1869 to acquire John Arthur Griffith & Co, Lichfield Brewery and the Lichfield Malting Co. Ltd. Went into voluntary liquidation and was reconstructed as above in January 1890.

Registered July 1869 to acquire John Arthur Griffith & Co, Lichfield Brewery and the Lichfield Malting Co. Ltd.
