Leeds & Batley Breweries Ltd, Atlas Brewery, Warwick Road, Batley, West Yorkshire.

Robert Pickersgill managing director Batley Carr Brewery Co Ltd.

Registered April 1896 with 41 houses as R H Sykes & Co. Ltd to acquire R H Sykes, Soothill Brewery, Dewsbury and the Atlas Brewery.

On 18th November the former Atlas Brewery, adjoining Upper Mount Street for sale.

Went into liquidation April 1898 and was reconstructed as above when G C Cutler & Co's Saville Green Brewery, Leeds was acquired.

Houses leased to Ind Coope Ltd in 1900 and brewing ceased.
