Leeds & Batley Breweries Ltd, Atlas Brewery, Warwick Road , Batley , West Yorkshire .

Registered April 1896 with 41 houses as R.H.Sykes & Co. Ltd to acquire R.H.Sykes, Soothill Brewery, Dewsbury and the Atlas Brewery.

Went into liquidation April 1898 and was reconstructed as above when Cutler's Saville Green Brewery, Leeds was acquired.

Houses leased to Ind Coope & Co. Ltd. 1900 and brewing ceased. Later became a vinegar brewery.
