Lassell & Sharman Ltd, Caergwrle, Clwyd.

Founded at Milton Street, Liverpool by 1832, possibly with Lassell alone and the Caergwrle brewery was established by 1871.

In 1873 William Lassell jun committed to an asylum and the partnership dissolved.

Registered 1894.

Acquired by the Burtonwood Brewery Co.(Forshaws) Ltd. 1945 with 57 tied houses and was later closed.

Premises later used by paint manufacturers but now demolished.
