This old photograph shows Threlfall's tiling on a pediment on the corner of the pub - now covered over by a modern sign.

Lass O' Gowrie, 36 Charles Street, City Centre, Manchester, Greater Manchester M1 7DB

Formerly a Threlfall & Co Ltd tied house; later to Whitbread. A malt-extract brewpub was established by Whitbread in April 1983.

No longer brewing, but the pub is still trading. It became a Greene King pub.
