List of Joseph Hardy pubs

Malcolm Toft writes:-

Operated from at least 1869 when they supplied six beerhouses in the town centre. In 1870 the firm was entitled Hardy & Briggs, Joseph Hardy from 1879 to 1912 and Abraham Hardy in 1921. Waller & Son Limited in October 1924 purchased what were probably their last two houses, the Albion Hotel, Green End, Clayton, and the Fire Brigade, Great Horton, Bradford. It is not clear when brewing ceased, but Abraham Hardy died in December 1932, aged 72.
