Johnson & Darlings Ltd, Tweed Brewery, Palace Green, Berwick upon Tweed, Northumberland.

Registered here in November 1892, though the brewery address was shown as Governor’s Yard.

Effectively acquired / amalgamated with the Border Brewery in Tweedmouth (Berwick Breweries Ltd) in 1924 but to be worked as a branch under its own name.
