Merged with the Border Brewery Ltd. 1924 to form Berwick Breweries Ltd.
Effectively acquired / amalgamated with the Border Brewery in Tweedmouth ([[Berwick Breweries Ltd]]) in 1924 but to be worked as a branch under its own name.
