Private company registered 1912. John Seedhouse and Sons Ltd. Registered capital of £15,000, to take over the business of brewers, maltsters, hop merchants, and licensed victuallers carried on at High Street, Princes End, Tipton, by Messrs J, J A, and J E Seedhouse and Annie B Bayliss, as John Seedhouse and Sons.
John Seedhouse died in 1930 and a new company formed. Sold to Wolverhampton & Dudley Breweries Ltd on 3rd January 1951. Brewing ceased in 1955, but they continued to operate as wine and spirit merchants and importers.
