Jordans had 2 breweries: British Queen No 1 at Birmingham Road and British Queen No. 2 at Crosswells Road, Langley. This latter is the original site for [[Showell's Brewery Co. Ltd]]. These premises were later used for making other alcoholic products and are still standing. Brewery closed 1920 and tied houses sold to [[Mitchells & Butlers Ltd]].
