John Foster, Swan Brewery, Grey Street, Manchester, Ardwick, Greater Manchester.

Originally brewed at Dawson's Croft Brewery, Salford c.1866-1886 and moved to the Swan Brewery c.1887.

Bought by Chesters Brewery Co. Ltd 1890 and was let to Simpson & Crummack.
