John Bowen, Eagle Brewery, Landgate, King Street, Rye, East Sussex.

Brewery built by James Batchelor c.1852 and was acquired by Bowen 1878. Sold to Alfred Leney & Co. Ltd. of Dover 1895 and was used as a store.
