James P Kirk, exors of, East Riding Brewery, High Street, Sherburn, North Yorkshire.

Brewery and 37 tied houses sold to Edmund Walker of York 14th July 1922 for £44,750.

Brewery offered for sale again in 1923 by Scarborough & Whitby Breweries Ltd.

Buildings remain.
