J H & H Blake Ltd, Union Street, Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Registered August 1897.

Acquired by Usher's Wiltshire Brewery Ltd. 1922 with 49 public houses.

Converted into a bottling store in 1929.

Demolished in 1998.
