Merged with David Roberts of Aberystwyth in March 1890 to form the Montgomeryshire Brewery Co. Ltd. bringing 23 houses into the new concern.

Liquidated 1893.

Brewery and 22 houses sold to C. Bate & Son Ltd of Wrexham 1895.
