Howcroft's Brewery Ltd, Model Brewery, 35 Spa Road, Bolton, Lancashire.

Originally at the Rothwell Street Tavern Brewery, 32 Rothwell Street and moved to Spa Road 1937. Merged with Cunningham Ltd. of Warrington 1969 and ceased trading shortly afterwards.
