Joseph Richard Holmes & Sons, The Brewery, Dowley Gap, Bingley, West Yorkshire.

Holmes converted the brewery from a mill in 1890.

Acquired by Hammond's Bradford Brewery Co. Ltd. at auction in 1919 with 51 public houses and 1 off-licence.

Buildings remain much altered as housing.
