Holcombe Brewery Ltd, Holcombe, Somerset.
Registered September 1888 to acquire the business and 13 houses carried on by Arthur Green as John Ashman Green & Brothers. Bankrupt in the same year.
Brewery acquired by George Henry Thatcher of Welton 1893 with 7 tied houses.
In 1896 Thatcher Brothers Ltd with John Scott, father of Captain Scott, as brewery manager.
Brewing ceased 1904 but malting continued until after 1930.
Later a garage but much also residential.
