Hind’s Head, Wasing Lane, 6 Suffolk Way, Abingdon, Berkshire.
The inn dates from c.1630, references have been made to the brewery which was known to be in existence in 1650.
Brewing continued up until 1912 and for many years the business had been in the same family.
The last person to operate the brewery was John Wright, who had himself been brewing for 40 years.
