Built c.1861 as the Manningham Brewery for Clement Taylor & Son who had previously brewed at the Springhead Brewery, White Abbey, from c.1853.
December 1893 from Samuel Taylor and registered.
Acquired by Samuel Webster & Sons Ltd in 1966 with about 75 houses. Brewery closed the following year and was demolished.
