Previously under the name of Francis W Allard, who had been brewer to Leadbetter & Bird and had set up in business for himself after the merger with Wheeler's Wycombe Breweries Ltd.

Grant bought out Allard in 1910. Closed 1914. Grant brewer's agent only.
