Recorded in 1920.
Henry Byrd of the Vine Brewery used the premises until 1919, on 25th May 1914 the plant was for sale.
 
Parts of the buildings are used as a garage at the rear of the Bear.
 
Almost opposite, at what was No 26 was Byrd’s Model Brewery, built at the rear of what was the Vine.
