In 2006, they were acquired by Caledonian Brewery. But following Caledonian's takeover by Scottish & Newcastle in 2008, Harviestoun regained its independence, being bought by a group of Caledonian Brewery directors.

Founded by Ken Booker 1985 but ceased here in 2002 when the brewery moved to their new premises in Alva.

Commenced brewing here in 2003 following the move from Dollar.

In 2006, they were acquired by Caledonian Brewery. But following Caledonian's takeover by Scottish & Newcastle in 2008, Harviestoun regained its independence, being bought by a group of Caledonian Brewery directors.
