Established in March 1989 by former Wem brewer Jack Hanby and Peter Simmonds.

Ceased here in 1990 when the brewery moved premises.

Hanby Ales Ltd, New Brewery, Aston Park, Soulton Road, Wem, Shropshire.

Brewing commenced here in 1990 following the move.
