Also known as Littlebourne Brewery. May date back to 1757 or earlier; many different owners. Occupied by Hewitt & Clark in 1877, Herbert D Phelps 1878-1894, and R & H Havens 1894-1898.

Acquired by Humphrey De Trafford in about 1896 and registered in 1903 with 6 houses. Following De Trafford's death in 1905, sold by auction to Mackeson & Co Ltd in 1907.
