Operating as Beard Brothers from c.1870 and by 1886 known as Beard, Hill & Co. Registered as above October 1892. Voluntary liquidation 30th October 1894. For sale by private tender August 1895 with 43 tied houses which were acquired by the [[Albion (Burton-on-Trent) Brewery Ltd]]. Wound up 21st November 1898. Some buildings remain as part of a furniture store.
