Brewing commenced in May 1983 by Patrick Glenny in the old Clinch & Co. Ltd (Witney) maltings.

They moved to the Two Rivers Brewery in Station Lane in 1988.

Ceased 1989 when the name was changed to Wychwood Brewery Ltd.
