Glasson's Penrith Breweries Ltd, Union Court Brewery, Roper Street, Penrith, Cumbria.

Founded c.1754 by Thomas Glasson. Registered February 1898 to acquire the businesses of Robert James Glasson and the Old Brewery Co. Ltd, Stricklandgate, Penrith.

Acquired by Dutton's Blackburn Brewery Ltd. 1959 with 110 tied houses.
