Recorded in 1930. Registered 1895 and wound up by 1908 with a view to reconstruction. May have concentrated operations at Dumbarton by 1911. The Crown Brewery closed during Word War 1.

New brewery built 1882 when known as Gillespie, Gray & Co. who moved from the Crown Brewery, Gallowgate.

Registered 1895. Wound by 1908 with a view to reconstruction.

May have concentrated operations at Dumbarton by 1911. The Crown Brewery closed during Word War 1.
