Gibb & Son, Phoenix Brewery, Collingwood Road, Southsea, Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Founded 1867 by Rice Brothers as the Dock Mill Brewery. Rebuilt and was renamed the Phoenix Brewery after a fire. Bought by William Gibb in 1882.
Acquired by the Lion Brewery (Portsmouth) Ltd. 1903 with 31 tied houses and was demolished, although pub remains.
