Acquired by [[Richard Whitaker & Sons Ltd]]. of Halifax 1905 with 13-14 of their 18 houses. Brewery became Harvey & Co. non-alcoholic barley beer brewery and this was then acquired by Whitakers in 1918 and dismantled. Ground floor remains at rear.
