Brewing commenced by Sean Franklin in February 1980.
In 1986 it was sold to new owners, Sean Franklin going on to set up Rooster's Brewery Ltd. It is believed not to have brewed since 2000.
In 2009 the brewery name was brought by White Brewing Co and brewing was transferred to Bexhill, East Sussex.
